Events Disclaimer & Liability

Platform Role: Habesha Stores provides a platform for users and organizers to create, promote, and manage events. We do not organize, host, or control any events listed.

Organizer Responsibility: The event organizer is solely responsible for accuracy of information, safety, legality, and compliance with local regulations.

Habesha Stores shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, losses, or fraudulent activities occurring at events.

Criminal Activity Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that Habesha Stores is not responsible for monitoring user behavior. Any illegal or criminal activity conducted during events is the sole responsibility of the organizer and participants.

Event Refunds Policy

Refund policies are determined solely by the event organizer. Habesha Stores is not responsible for issuing refunds or handling disputes between users and organizers.

Event Privacy

Organizers are responsible for defining privacy levels (public, private, or invite-only). We do not guarantee the confidentiality of event information shared by users.

Age Restrictions

Certain events may include age-restricted content (18+ alcohol). It is the organizer's responsibility to indicate restrictions and verify participant age.

Gift Shop Disclaimer

Habesha Stores does not manufacture, store, or directly handle gift items. Product quality, packaging, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the third-party vendor.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled by the vendor. Habesha Stores is not liable for refund disputes or product dissatisfaction.

We reserve the right to remove events, suspend users, or restrict access if any activity violates laws or platform policies.
